Brokers
A broker is a commission-taking intermediary on the sales side — a rep or agency that brings you business and takes a percentage. Brokers are optional; many organizations never use them.
A broker can be attached to a customer, which sets a default broker and fee, and the broker and its fee then flow onto that customer's sales orders, where the commission is calculated.
