Locations

Covers fulfillment locations — warehouses / fulfillment centers / work sites. The same entity is reused as PO ship-to, WO work site, SO fulfillment location, and inventory bin across materials and finished goods.

Writes

1. Create location — Triggered from Settings → Fulfillment locations → "New location". Creates a location with name, country, address, and sort order.
2. Update location — Triggered from Settings → Fulfillment locations. Edits header fields including sort order; passing isActive archives or reactivates the location.
3. Delete location — Triggered from Settings → Fulfillment locations. Removes a location (only allowed if not referenced by any PO, WO, SO, or inventory ledger entry).

Reads

1. List locations — Triggered from Settings → Fulfillment locations, the PO/WO/SO create/edit forms, and the inventory pages. Returns the available locations in sort order.
2. Check if location is in use — Triggered before deleting a location. Returns whether any PO, WO, SO, or inventory entry references it (gates deletion).
